Justin Palmer is a skilled public policy and government affairs professional with over ten years experience. He currently serves as the Vice President for Public Policy & External Relations for the District of Columbia Hospital Association (DCHA). In this capacity, he is responsible for overseeing the Association’s advocacy, policy and communication efforts with the District of Columbia government and coordinating the efforts of its hospital members related to employment, licensure and other health policy initiatives. Mr. Palmer regularly convenes meetings of hospital stakeholders to recruit hospital participation in programs, as well as, develop consensus on issues facing hospital and industry operations.
